What bookkeeping do we do?
At Premier Websites Design, we gather and prepare the *detailed numbers of your business that your Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will use for your end-of-the-year tax preparation, and other financial analysis and related business reporting.

*By detailed numbers, we mean income, expense receipts, billing invoices, travel mileage etc. You’ll need these numbers properly organized for reporting your parish and state taxes and for your CPA to accurately and efficiently prepare your various annual taxes as well..

How does it work? You will see us once a month as we gather and prepare your ‘books’. We will take your information to our office to enter the data properly. Then we’ll return (by visit or mail) your information and your tax forms for your signature and payment to the proper revenue departments.

Why should I do this? To give your business a fighting chance. You obviously have the foresight and strength to set up a company of your own; just don’t let it end there.
